International Visitors Committee of CT / UNA Southwestern CT

The International Visitor's Committee, also known as the Southwestern CT chapter of the United Nations Association, is a member of the United Nations Foundation. Our chapter is twinned with the Westminster, England chapter.  We have welcomed over 55,000 international visitors to Connecticut since 1956 - people of all ages, races, ethnicities, orientation, religions, family situations and socio-economic background.

As a member of the UNA, we educate, inspire and mobilize support for the ideals and vital work of the United Nations. For 70+ years UNA-USA has worked to promote peace by fostering friendship through international visitor programs and acting as citizen-diplomats of the U.S. through community participation and continuing education.
